Its not an easy task to find that person who just gets you. They have the same quirky sense of humor and know you se well they can finish your sentences. They know when you need space and when you just need a hug. They can make you laugh when youre world is caving in and inspire you to expand your horizons. It takes a long time to build a relationship like that, but sometimes, if youre lucky you find a person that you hit it off with right away, and the rest is gravy. I guess thats what Im looking for. Im 29 and single and of course it would be great to meet my soul mate. But honestly, Im not in a rush. Id rather find a best friend that I can talk to about anything, than a temporary boyfriend who brings drama into my life. The best relationships Ive ever had have started as friendships and that trust and closeness just naturally progressed into something more. Was it that perfect storybook love story? Obviously not because Im single again, but I am still friends with those guys and dont have any regrets. So what type of guy am I looking for? Well someone in their late 20searly 30s who has outgrown the juvenile mentality but who can still be a big kid in the right situations. Someone who isnt afraid to embrace their dorky side and be a goof but who has the confidence and coolness to charm everyone they meet. I like outgoing guys who are bold and honest, mainly because I tend to be a little shy at times and need someone to pull me out of my shell. Typically Im most attracted to white guys who are taller, but can be friends with just about everyone as long as youre sincere, sane, a good conversationalist, and values my friendship as much as Id value yours.
